Event & Donation Requests

At Emerson’s Cigars, we are grateful to be part of such a vibrant community and appreciate you considering us for your upcoming event. We receive a high volume of requests throughout the year for sponsorships, event participation, and donations, and we review each submission on a case-by-case basis.

Our Primary Charitable Partner

Our primary charitable commitment is to Frog Dog K9, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving Veterans, First Responders, and Gold Star families. Frog Dog K9 focuses on providing specialized service dogs, equipment, advanced handler training, and K9 therapy programs to support emotional and physical healing for our nation’s heroes. Because the vast majority of our community outreach and resources are dedicated to supporting their mission, our capacity for additional sponsorships and donations outside of this partnership is extremely limited.

On-Site Event Participation

We frequently receive requests to set up retail tables, pop-up humidors, or sales booths at golf tournaments and private functions. Due to staffing constraints and operational considerations, we rarely accommodate requests for on-site sales or vending.
