Cuban-seed Criollo 98 is dominant and bursting with spice, earth, and a touch of sweetness. Rare Leaf utilizes tobaccos, which are selected from special lots from Aganorsa's best farms. Normally, a cigar using such scarce leaf would be available for a limited time only, but by granting access exclusively to select merchants, Aganorsa can supply Rare Leaf all year long. The Corojo blend utilizes all Nicaraguan tobaccos, whereas the Maduro uses a San Andres Mexican wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers.
