Like most brewers, Rick Mariani started making beer at home in his garage. As his passion for craft beer grew so did his desire to open a brewery. After a year of looking, Mariani found the perfect location in Norfolk. With the help of 20-year craft beer veteran Michele Lowney, Maker’s Craft Brewery was brought to life with the goal of making high-quality, drinkable beer using only the best ingredients.
