Alec Bradley Releases New Sizes of their Family Blend
To many in the cigar world, if home is where the heart is, than family is who you share a stick with. The good people at Alec Bradley recognize this and present you with Alec Bradley Family Blend.
I know you’re thinking, “Hmm, this sounds familiar.” You’d be correct. President Alan Rubin did a single-sized release of this cigar, minus the ‘Alec Bradley’ addendum, in a robusto shape. But the cigar, due in part to the amazing quality as well as the connective concept, became a hit and a demand for more sized emerged.
The Family Blend, and subsequently the Alec Bradley Family Blend, was created in honor of Alan Rubin’s father and his key associates in the business. In fact, the new sizes are appointed with interesting titles such as T11, D3, and M23. The old robusto size from the original release was christened VR1. Every cigar name owns some sort of sentimental value, solidifying the “Family Blend” title.
But this cigar is not all concept. The delivery is well thought out and executed to perfection. The Family Blend by Alec Bradley has a hearty meat flavor that is not overpowering but very flavorful. Combined with complex nuttiness and flares of leather, this cigar brings with it a creamy quality with lots of smoke.
